You can tell a lot of effort and attention to detail went into the coordination & delivery. A fun and engaging way to learn about teamwork, and to build a strong foundation for newly formed teams or team which may be going through a storming phase. Things began from the moment we entered the door with a short little skill based test to warm things up. You can tell Lynne and Niall are passionate about what they say and present things with great confidence that keeps the level of engagement high. As far as team building goes this does a great job of combing important lessons of garnering good teamwork ethic while keeping things light - there were moments where you could have mistaken things for a birthday party or stag, but other moments where things were grounded to ensure the overarching goals of the event were hit. All the games and instructions are so deliberate, with initial separation of the components of a great team, then collaborated at the end.
